Appointments are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. 
What if I cancel or rescheduled with less the 24hour notice or forget about my appointment?  
No-shows, untimely cancellations or rescheduling leave gaps in my schedule that cannot be filled from my cancellation list, which in turn results in a loss of revenue. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required or a fee of up to the Groupon price may apply. A similar policy will stand for no-shows.  Time is valuable to all of us; I hope you understand the need for these policies. Please read the fine print on the voucher. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
How far in advance should I book?
Depending on the popularity of the deal, you may have a 6-8 week wait.  
Evening appointments and Saturdays are the most sought after appointments.  If these are the times you need book well in advance to secure your time slot. Appointments are always booked out well in advance when the deal first starts.  Appointments are much easier to obtain in the middle of the deal.  

 Will I receive a confirmation e-mail of my appointment?
As a courtesy, I try to confirm your appointment with an e-mail 24 hours prior to your appointment. However, if I'm unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments.
What if I arrive late for my appointment? 
I ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to select your gel polish. Arriving late will interfere with your service. All appointments will end at the their scheduled time so the the next guest will not be delayed.  I am by appointment only.  I do not have the availablity for walk ins or late arrivals.  
How many people can you accommodate at once?
One person at a time.
